FutureEcho is a voice-first journaling application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized reflections based on your personal context. The Service includes:

You retain ownership of all journal entries and content you create using FutureEcho. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Reflections and responses generated by FutureEcho's AI are created based on your personal context and are intended for personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, therapy, or medical guidance. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation.
If you choose to clone your voice, you confirm that:
FutureEcho integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Cloudflare, Resend, ElevenLabs, and Google. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We strive to keep FutureEcho operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FutureEcho at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete all your data at any time from the app's Settings. Once deleted, data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We do not retain backups of deleted user data.
FutureEcho and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FutureEcho and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Service's design, code, and branding may not be copied or reproduced.
14. No Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are final. FutureEcho does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Service, accidental purchases, or unused subscription time. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureEcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at any specific time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and/or by in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
